Herbal Blend: Rose Petals, Calendula, Lavender, Mint Leaves

Directions: Heat 3-4 cups of fresh water to a boil. Put 2-3 tablespoons of herbs in a large glass bowl. Once water reaches boiling, pour over top of the herbs and steep for 1-2 minutes. Grab your favorite towel and place over top both your head and bowl. Center your face above the bowl just far enough away to enjoy the steam, but not too close that it burns. Slowly breathe in the herbal steam, close your eyes and relax for 4-5 minutes. Pat face dry with towel after your steam and apply your favorite face serum.
